Refund Policy

1. Returning Damaged Items

We accept returns for Zyrashape products delivered with faulty stitching, missing components, or significant fabric flaws.
⚠️ Please note: Minor imperfections or natural fabric variations are not considered damage.

To initiate a damage return:

  • Record a video of the unpacking process within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • Sealed package and shipping label.

    • Step-by-step unboxing.

    • The damaged area in detail.

  • Contact us at support@zyrashape.in within 48 hours and submit the unpacking video.

  • Once verified, we’ll guide you with the next steps.

2. Unpacking Video Requirements

  • Start with the sealed package visible.

  • Clearly display the shipping label.

  • Show the item from multiple angles while unboxing.

  • Focus closely on the damaged part.

  • The video must be unedited and continuous.

Returns Processing

  • Once your claim is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label with instructions.

  • Repack the product securely in original packaging (including any accessories or documentation).

  • Ship the product back within 7 days using the provided label.

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error.

  • Payment gateway fee (usually 2%) is non-refundable, as it’s charged by the payment provider.

Partial Payments & Cancellations

  • Any partial advance payment made to confirm an order is non-refundable if the order is cancelled or refused by the customer.

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests after 2 hours are not eligible for a refund of the partial payment.

  • Zyrashape reserves the right to determine cancellation eligibility.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes the fit isn’t right. If you receive the wrong size, we’re happy to arrange an exchange.

Eligibility for exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in new condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Contact us at support@zyrashape.in within 2 days of receiving your order.

⚠️ Exchanges are not available for items showing signs of wear, washing, or improper handling.

  • Failure to provide a valid unpacking video within 48 hours will void eligibility for damage claims.

  • Damages caused by improper handling or use after delivery are not covered.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
